Gelukskinders Foundation

An inside look at Glotron,

the manufacturer of all Gelukskinders sports kits. A gelukskinders delegation paid a visit to pick up all the kits that are already finished and for a small look in the factory.

Photo 1: The first sketch based on the school uniform. Photo 2: After approval from the school, the sketch goes to the designer.

Photo 3: He creates a design via computer that is printed on special paper. Photo 4: The correct base colour is now chosen from the stock of basic material.

Photo 5: The specially printed paper is now put in the machine and starts to rotate the fabric evenly. A specially oiled background ensures that the print is now printed on the fabric. Photo 6: The printed parts are assembled by the sewing machine operator.

Photo 7: The finished fabrics are checked here for any flaws. Photo 8: Everything approved? Then the complete kits are placed in bags for shipping.

Picture 9 Here you can see Marc being loaded with kits for 8 teams.
